GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES WITH PARMESAN CREAM SAUCE
Ingredients:
For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the Steak Bites:
Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak cubes in batches (do not overcrowd the pan) and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the steak is golden brown and cooked to your liking.
Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant. Add the steak bites back to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter. Set aside.
Prepare the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until it starts to thicken.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is thick and creamy.
Assemble and Serve:
Spoon the Parmesan cream sauce onto a serving plate and top with the garlic butter steak bites.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes, such as mashed potatoes, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
