Pepper Steak Pasta Delight 🍝

Ingredients:

🍝 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
🥩 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
🌶️ 1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced
🌶️ 1 bell pepper (yellow or orange), sliced
🧅 1 small onion, sliced
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🌿 1 tsp Italian seasoning
🧈 2 tbsp olive oil
🍶 1 cup beef broth
🥄 2 tbsp soy sauce
🥄 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
🧀 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
🌿 Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Sauté the Steak:

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Add the sliced steak and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sauté until browned (about 3-5 minutes). Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

3. Cook the Vegetables:

In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil.
Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender (about 5-7 minutes).

4. Make the Sauce:

Return the cooked steak to the skillet.
Add the beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

5. Combine:

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine everything. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

6. Serve:

If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
