Huawei is gearing up to launch the next iteration of its innovative Mate XT, the world's first tri-fold smartphone. Expected to arrive later this year, the new Mate XT will feature enhanced durability, improved folding mechanics, and the powerful Kirin 9020 chipset, offering a 12-core processor and hyperthreading technology. 

 

The tri-fold design, allowing the phone to expand from a 6.4-inch handset to a 10.2-inch tablet, is set to remain, with added refinements to make it more practical for everyday use.

Additionally, the new Mate XT is anticipated to offer a more durable foldable display and a larger battery to support its advanced features.
