Arnold Schwarzenegger reportedly pays Warner Bros. just $1 a year to keep his iconic Mr. Freeze suit from Batman & Robin. 

Even though he wore the legendary costume on screen, the studio still technically owns it, the $1 payment simply allows him to legally keep the suit in his possession as a piece of movie history.

Talk about the coolest rental deal ever.
